In this phase we’re going to kick start your metabolism by reducing inflammation, shedding some quick pounds and begin the healing process. Your body will start to change, you’ll be following our Anti-Inflammatory food plan as well as discovering your exact hormone imbalance.

Specifics of this Phase

1. It’s proven that moving your body helps with hormonal health. You’ll need to take 10,000 steps every day, no excuses

2. You’ll complete the Zero Guesswork, done for you workouts from the comfort of your home

3. You’ll need to follow the guidelines laid out for you on eliminating inflammation.

4. I’ll guide you step by step through “How to build your meal plan”. It’s very easy to follow with recipes, ideas and guidelines.

5. You’ll test your hormones through our convenient, at home Saliva Hormone Test and get the most accurate reading on your hormonal

imbalance

PHASE 2

Metabolism Recharge

(Fat Loss Phase)

This phase is all about losing unwanted fat and building momentum in the healing process. You’ll learn more about your body and the elements that actually help you enhance results, increase energy and improve metabolism!

Specifics of this Phase

1. You’ll learn how to eat for optimal health without counting calories or macros

2. You’ll begin tracking your food in our in house App called “Practice Better”, so you can dial into fat loss even further.

3. You’ll start to lift heavier weights during the Zero Guesswork workouts to optimize fat loss

4. We’ll do specific testing to help determine your digestion levels to aid with lessening the bloat

5. You’ll learn how to destress so your body can release fat and increase strength

PHASE 3

Re-Energize Phase

(Reverse-Aging Phase)

This is where we fine-tune your results! This phase is all about finishing strong AND learning the processes & things you need to get over plateau’s, KEEP losing weight, define your muscles and make this a forever lifestyle.

Specifics of this Phase

1. You’ll learn to evaluate your progress and what changes need to be done to keep losing weight (if there is still weight to lose)

2. You’ll continue to track and we’ll teach you WHAT you should be looking for if weight starts creeping back on

3. We will teach you a new concept called Reverse Dieting and by the end of your journey, you’ll decide if you want to enter into this new

protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

How long is the Balanced Bodies program?

Each phase is 90 days. Together, we decide how many you need as you progress.

Do you have to follow a meal plan?

I guide you on how to build your own meal plan for sustainable fat loss. Suggestions are given to improve from day to day, but ultimately this needs to fit your life and what you like.

Does it require buying special foods?

Everything that you will require can be found in your local grocery store.

What if I am on medications and/or have health issues? Will your program still work for me?

Generally, the program is about making the body healthier and accommodates any restrictions that you may have. I work with you to make adjustments as needed and always suggest that you check in with your family practitioner.

Can I drink alcohol on the plan?

For maximum results, you are encouraged to cut out alcohol as much as possible.

Do I need to exercise and is exercise a part of the program?

Yes, movement is key to fat loss. We start with daily walking and progress to lifting weights.


If I go away on vacation, can I still do the program?

You can! If possible, we work for you to bring along healthy foods. If not possible, you will have the tools to make wise decisions while you are away.

Does the program work for men?

Absolutely!

Do you have to purchase specific supplements?

There are basic supplements (ie. protein powder) that are suggested which can be found at any health food store. I do provide product suggestions but you are not required to purchase from me. Any suggested supplements are provided upfront in the program.

Do I need Facebook to do the Group Program?

You will need a Facebook account in order to access the group for check-ins and support. The support group is private, supportive and full of other members working to improve their health, so I'm sure you will feel comfortable!
