Kerri Hallman is a Stress Reduced Fat Loss Practitioner and Certified Hormone Specialist. After years of personal training and owning a women's only gym, she realized there was a missing piece to getting her clients great results. Being over 40 herself and working on her own struggles at this stage of life, she was able to overcome the hardships and feel incredible.

She is passionate about helping her clients feel their best so they can be productive at work, enjoy their family time, have less stress and love who they see in the mirror. Building confidence through compassionate & direct coaching, she will help her clients through this stage of perimenopause and menopause with ease!
